Genpact offers graduates for finance job a salary of 1.5 lakhs per annum which is below the market standards by 50%.
Earlier in 2008 they used to offer around 2.5 lakhs to graduates in finance and accounts but know the situation is different and that too at present they offers single side cab with rotational shift.
