I Have been offered, Band 4b, Lead Consultant in Genpact, I have total 7 and half years of experience and I worked in companies like Satyam, Infosys & ORACLE. I need suggestions about the role.. please comment... I am currently working with Oracle, as Senior Consultant, in Hyderabad.
Is it a good decision to leave Oracle and Join Genpact? What are bands in Genpact? Can someone tell me aout the hierarchy in Genpact?
