Hello Friends, My name is Vishal sharma and I joined Genpact in 2009, so it's been more than 8years now. It is a company who creates leaders. I was reading the reviews of others who are saying Genpact hire labour not employees which is not true bcoz, Genpact is a company which gives you so many things some of them are listed below1) They focus more on trainings by which one can improve his/her personality and skills.2) Safe working environment for women3) No gender bias.4) After certain level you get decent salary and annual bonus depending on your work performance.5) Genpact never fires anybody till the time you are performing good and following companies policies.6) Genpact ranked no. 1 for 9years.Thanks
