Genpact is big Brand. Most of youth have dream to work in this company it has good reputation in market. Hr are good they provides very good facility for their staffs. Genpact looks very nice from out side also. They provides both side cab, fooding facility is also there. I wanted to work there but I shifted over other location that's why I had to left there but I am missing still there comfort and enjoyed life.
It works 24 hour you can choose both shift according to your convenience. Salary scale is also good there. Time to time increments. Good insensitive as per employee performance.
