GENPACT is a company which offers huge learning opportunities, especially for freshers who want to step in to the corporate world. However, on the compensation part, opportunities narrow down drastically.
The growth opportunities are limited and even after promotion no substantial hike can be seen in one's pay structure. The incentive plan is definitely not a plus point.
As far as job security is concerned, GENPACT is a nice place to be.
Work environment is good and mostly managers are supportive. However, it may vary as per the work requirements and the process.
