Hello friends, my name is sahil nanda and I am from new delhi. I like to share my personal experience while I was working with genpact. when I was done with my graduation, genpact hr comes in my collegue for selecting candidates for their company. I was one of the shortlisted candidate and I have done with the interviews as well taken by genpact company. for the first time I visited there I have seen that the company is located in gurgaon which is very far from my place. But soever I decided to go then I undergo for a training period. After few weeks I resigned because the company increases their terms as we have to sign a bond for one year in a minimum salary.
So I do not think in this perios any graduate do work in minimum wages.
I do not suggest this company to anyone.
