I was admitted in genesis hospital due to sudden unconscious in emergency situation. It was just because of cold.
The infrastructure is good but still is not great for patients who can't walk too much. We were told to go up to meet the doctor and then told to go underground for the medicines and different tests. It was so much walking up and down. I felt really sick and had to wait for lift every time now and then.
The medical care was bad. Their were only few times when a care taker was present in the patient's ward. Other time when you need anything your relatives must be near so they can bring you that. The medical care was not at all good.
The staff had a very bad attitude towards the parents of the children, even the doctors. Most of the staff including the receptionist was always irritated. The nurses their get angry in no time on the patients.
I felt so irritated with their attitude when I was getting treated. Also their treatment cost is higher than what it should be with respect to the medical care and staff attitude.
