Any Mumbaikar traveling from borivali to Bandra has to make sure plan 2 hrs and 30 mins ahead so that means getting up and running to your destination if its peak hrs say like 7am to 12pm
Due to the bad condition of the roads on highways the traffic will move slow and if its a bad bad day it will crawl, this will specially happens during monsoon, I guess the major issue of traffic is bad road condition.
The only was of making sure that roads are proper with less amount of pot holes, everyone adhering to the traffic laws and not becoming ghost rider in traffic,
For Four wheeler remain calm and do not ignite or entertain road rage etc
