I have gone through Too many reviews in the recent past on call center but none of them was real and good.

Anshita?s review on call center: The most recent review. Well after reading her review one can easily conclude that she is encouraging others to read her boyfriend?s(ady348) review rather than hers. So I was really disappointed?

This is not a review but an inside story on the life of a call center guy.

So I am writing the inside story of My Friend(Mohit) who made so big in this industry, a guy who has grown from scratch and reached a position where he makes the life of others?.

His background:

Mohit was from a pretty decent family. So after graduation we friends went to Singapore to do our MBA while he remained in Delhi and started hunting for a job. He went for too many call center interviews but because of his accent and communication skills he failed to clear any one of those. Then he learned the first lesson of this industry that is you pay to a consultant and you will get a job.

A consultant called him and asked if he could pay half of his month?s salary than he will get him a job in this industry. Once he paid the consultant he in turn ended up getting the job in the same call center which rejected him twice before.

So Mohit GOT HIS FIRST JOB?.

Initially it was very difficult for him to work and survive in this industry. But factors like his needs and financial position were more than enough to encourage him to stay in this industry and to earn a lot to support himself and his family.

He got the training of voice and accent and a night shift. The guy who can?t keep awake after 10pm has to do a night shift now. But he took the challenge and started doing the job. He used to travel 3 hrs for pick up and drop and had a 10 hrs job that too 6 days a week. So that means 16 hrs a day.

The guy who cannot speak a lie to his girlfriend soon became the most notorious goof up caller on the floor. He started lying on phone and selling products to customers across USA after giving all the false information. Soon he became the best caller on the floor and the company started paying him handsome incentives for the same.

But money doesn?t buy everything. His body started suffering from the ill effects of night shift. He started working for 12 hours a day to earn more and the company encouraged him. He stopped talking with his girlfriend as he started working 7days a week and 12 hours a day. He earned a lot but soon he developed too many diseases. He was not able to sleep well, he became irritated, and he left his friends his love his family his only passion remained is of Money?.

Soon after he started drinking in the day to get sleep, he started taking sleeping pills and sometimes drugs as well. He managed to make new girlfriends and every Sunday he started enjoying with them on bed. So he became a perfect call center guy earning a lot of money working for full 6 days and enjoying that all on Sunday with a new girl.

His current status

He has now grown up as an Assistant manager drawing a salary which most of the people can?t imagine at his age. Now He has money, he has power he buys love every Sunday, he makes and breaks the life of others.

This all he got from this job, a call center job, Which not only paid him well but made him a big name. SO he bought everything by losing his love and friends and giving pain to his body. But is this all worth i?.Well this was all about the real life of call center guy

*General comment on this industry.

This industry is for only those who can handle stress overburden and can put their body to hell. This industry will pay you a dream salary. I know so many graduates and even undergraduates earning as much as 30000p.m.

What you will loose is your friends, your satisfaction, your health will go down, you will become irritated but this all happens in so many other jobs as well.

So I will rate this industry as very good and if someone wants to achieve his dreams and have the zeal to do so than make it big here this industry is just right for you?
