Fight the Summer with Fluids and Cotton!!

Well We can be happy in winters.  We can Enjoy the Rainy season.  But Summers are the one which many of us hate and especially me.  That Heat, Sultriness and sweat, my god I hate it to core.  It in fact is actually very irritating.


So here are some the ways and methods on how deal with summers -


1) Water and fluid - Summer means hot. So fight it with its killer the Liquid. Wat I mean is Drink a hell lot of water.  This will actually compensate the Sweat wer u lose a lots of Water.  Drink atleast 15 glasses of water.


It is also advisable to take up lots of Fruit juices like melon and orange juices which is more helpful and keep u hydrated.


2) Avoid Tight fitting cloths - This is especially for women who even on summers wear tight fitting cloths made of lycra or polyester.  They only see the fashion side but not the healthy side.  I always wear the soft and loose fitting Cotton clothing which actually lets in air all the time and also absorbs the sweat, keeping u clean.  Wearing clothing like Shorts and tees are advisable.


Well if always stay indoor in AC, then clothing is ur wish.


3) Avoid Sun - Well this star "Sun" is the main criminal on why summers are so cruel. So try to avoid Sun as far as possible.


If unavoidable, try carrying Umbrella, Caps or hats to protect urself from direct sun.


If u r standing in a bus stop, take shelter and avoid sun.


Also try to wear Sun glasses which protects ur eyes from Sun's UV rays.


4) Do regular Face washs atleast when u r back from sun exposure.  This is good for ur face.  And if water is not a problem in ur locality, taking bath twice a day keeps ur skin hydrated most of time.!


5) Dont wear used cloths again and again.  If u wore a clothing say a tee shirt a day before and it has absorbed a lots of sweat.  Dont wear it again the next time with washing it properly. This would lead to odor smell and even skin diseases like Yeast or fungus formation on the skin and that will lead to rashes and irritation.


Some other precautions to deal summer -


1) Avoid Hot weather Travelling & Hangouts - Summer is the season when kids get holidays in the name of "Summer Vacation".  So, dont decide to visit hot places.  Visiting cool Places Hill Stations are much advisable.


2) Summers seasons are much prone to Power cuts.  And Summer days with Fan is Horrible.  So to deal this, try to install a inverter at ur home which atleast run one fan at home when power is cut. 3) Eating ice creams and cool Fruits like melons are really good to beat the heat. But make sure that u dont get attacked by Cold.  Because Cold and could in Summer is more and more horrible.!


4) Groom ur self - Ha ha.  wat I mean is ur hair Cut.  Keep is short.


So yes, Summer is a season which can be enjoyed only wen u know the effective tactics to beat the sun.!
