Today I am going to share some tips to easily survive this summer.

I will not suggest an expensive sun screen or something like that. I Will give some basic tips.

All the tips are following.

  1. Drink lots of water - Drinking water is always a good thing. It keeps our body hydrated. In summer season drink at least 3 to 4 ltr of water daily. In this time out body dehydrated because of sweat and heat. Water prevents the dehydration. But remember one thing, don't drink a very cold water in very hot weather. This is not good for our health.

  2. Salt intake - Check your salt intake or increase a bit. Sweat contains salt and water. So, salt intake is also important in summers.

  3. Use sunglass - Use a good quality sunglass to protect your eyes from sunlight. If you are going out, certainly carry a sunglass. This keeps our eyes protected from direct sunlight and uv rays.

  4. Use arm sleeve - Use a good quality arm sleeve along with the sunglasses. The arm sleeves keeps out arms free from sunburn. This is also essential for summers.

  5. Cotton t-shirts - Go out with cotton t- shirt or a nylon ones. They keeps our body comfortable in a sweaty condition.

  6. Use umbrella - Use an umbrella to protect your head from sunlight. This is essential to keep your head under a shade.

These are the tips I follow and you should follow to survive this summer.

Thank you.
