I bought a Gilma hub and chimney from Gilma Showroom NEAR INNOVATIVE MULTIPLEX MARATHALLI, Bangalore. I booked those nearly 3 months back and at the time of booking, they promised that they would deliver the products as soon as I call them.
I called them 10 days in advance. They delivered that after 1 month of my call after reminding them more than 100 times. I had very bad experienceon this. They took the whole money and now they are not delivering. Every time they have a new excuse. Moreover everytime they will make a commitment for the delivery and they never stick to that. Finally they delivered the products and did not install and went.
I had to call a technician from another shop to do the installation.
I have never seen such unprofessional people. I am not sure how will they provide me after sale service. I have already lost 5 leaves waiting for these guys.Please be careful if you are planning to buy from this shop.
