Gilma does not have proper customer service . We bought a chimney about 20 days ago and they still haven't come to install it, in spite of making many calls to the customer care service. Very disappointed with this kind of behaviour and that too from a well reputed company .We purchased this chimney from BDM Networks, 11th main, 4th block, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 11.Even after calling the person who was supposed to come to our house to install thee chimney, so many times, the person hasent showed up and is not even picking the calls.I advice others not to buy items from his company as they do not follow up on the service.
