I recently brought a prestige Contemporary Black chimney. The shopkeeper Aadhya on Sarjapur Road near Total mall Bangalore sent the service person for installation after 1 week. The service person from prestige did not had pipes so he promised to come the next day. I kept following up for next 10 days but nothing happened.
I registered a complaint with prestige and they said would be attended in 7 days. I followed up with the customer care for nearly 20 days. Finally the chimney was installed after 40 days of frustration. On top of this I had to pay 3000/- bucks extra 2300 for pipes, 500 installation and 200 for clamps and joints.
The quality of the pipes installed is horrible and have to get a carpenter to fix the damages. Overall I regret my decision to buy prestige and would not recommend to go for prestige. They should spend some money on service rather than for ads
