I read all the reviews for the simple reason is to find out if the stuffs expereinced by all of u is true or not. Now, honestly speaking I cannot make a judgement on the views that is posted. Its better to say my experinence rather than judging the comments here.
Service from one to five I give 4.5
Tech support I give 5
Billing support I give 4.5
CRM I give 4.5
Server uptime I give 5
My satisfaction over all is 4.5
Now I personally cannot find any other company who can beat this mark. The rest is upto u folks to decide if ur in the same boat. Some times we should also peep into our mistakes and then come to a conclusion if the problem lies with us or the service provider.
