To be honest I have n't come across any advertisement about Hexa host, Neither from web sites nor from other media. In a forum I saw a persons reply about how to move your blog spot content to your own blog, Word press migration etc. Then I got in to their site. started reading one by one.
There was no contact us page, no phone numbers to dial. I wrote a mail to them, the only available id tat point of time. They replied back, and confirmed they can solve my problem.
MY PROBLEM: I bought my domain from india links and hosted in Go daddy. I had problems with DNS lookup right from day one. I need to multiple "ipconfig /flushdns" to solve the problem.
They agreed, once the domain get transferred they can solve this problem completely. All I need to have is Faith and gut feeling. They have 30 days money back guarantee. I felt a new entrant will do personalized support. They did so.
Before even transferring my domain, I registered 2 domain with them mycityheroes.com, speakerphone monitored its performance for 15 odd days. Cpanel with fantastico helped me to carry out the installations in secs. I am satisfied with the performance. by paying$10 a yeasr less than$1. I was able to host my sites.
Then worked on my transfer India links played their hands on holding Transfer by 7 days, later I came to know transfer can be done in hrs if your outgoing provider is knowledgeable.
After all India links are bad at support how can I expect. I have waited for 1.5 years, 7 days is nothing.
Now my domain simba.in is transferred to hexa host. Thanks kudos, You are really doing a good job.

Especially in hosting industry Indian companies are not tat famous, they are not customer centric, technology centric, due to many factors like geographical disadvantage BW to other countries, etc. These guys have only their backed operations in India.
With Hexa host, only my Faith has helped. But Dear hexa host you can not expect every customer to be like tat. Not every customer has problem with their providers. Branding is must. Voice support is also must. Hope somebody from Hexahost listens to this.
