I have not had a single occasion when they have said a no for any of my requests( ofcourse I made only genuine demands)
they are the cheapest windows hosting in india - and very economical linux plans to but an advice is they specialise in windows hosting that has HELM-4 control panel. lOt of features
They have supproted me with issues out of web hosting contex like say software bugs etc etc
