Generally I have good things to say

amount of features and comes with impressive disc space and
bandwidth.
Their service department is, on the whole, very
good too. They offer an online virtual chat facility that usually

knowledgeable and helpful.
Their service has been top notch

the single time I needed full-blown support they went above and
beyond what their policies stated they would do. It has been very
hard to find a host with this level of service since leaving a server
and being used to the "managed" level of support.

what time of day it is, you can get a real person to help you out. I
have been with them from a long time and they are outstanding. You

technical support. That speaks volumes about the company.
