Friends, everyone of you would agree with me that sound sleep is a must for all of us. After a whole day's hard work one deserves to get a sound sleep. Besides, it proves the best medicine even during health problems many times.


We will now check what the disturbing factors are and offer a remedy for such a nice natural healing thing. First of all, I feel,  sound sleep is really a God's gift and no one can easily get it without having hard work or without having sound mind which lives in sound body.You must have observed during any health problems sleep is disturbed(it's vicious circle of disturbed sleep and health problems) and doctors advise sleeping tablets in rare cases. Taking even a single tablet is noway solution. On the contrary it can develop habit. During such serious health problems one must avoid such tablets.


Keeping yourself fit is one of the ways to have sound mind. For this one can have minimum exercises like morning/evening walks, yoga and any other specific which may differ person to person. Reading nice books, visiting places full of natural beauty or specimen of architectures, museums, talking with pleasant personalities will prove very useful to keep sound mind.


According to me having sound mind means peaceful thoughts and positive thinking which can well receive happenings around  in right perspective. Many of us must have experienced, atleast once in lifetime, that we worry on one or other matter as there are bound to be ups and downs in everybody's life. No one has ever escaped from it including great personalities of fame. I feel, when we can't help something happening around us or with us, then why to worry about those things which are beyond our control? We should definitely leave such matters to God. Of course, I belive in God! that's why I can say so. Here, goal is to achieve peace of mind so, you can believe anybody or any other such thing which will give you peace of mind.


Further many people think negatively which invites further arguments following with disturbed state of  mind. Remember though it's said that we have two minds- one thinking positive and other negative, I feel we have one mind, having two sides like coin, which is beautiful for thinking about beautiful world and beautiful things around us definitely in positive manner. Once we allow negative thoughts to enter into mind, it spreads like viruses and affects it badly following physical problems even. In such cases, one can't get sound sleep. So, have positive thinking always, be a spring of laughter which is also proved good medicine. One can join laughter-clubs nearby or even can become smiley within family.


Life is precious so one should use it in nice manner. For this importance of sound sleep is time-proven. So, friends, have a sound sleep always. May I request you to sleep/have dinner(or have nice brunch in case of my foreign friends) after RRCing my review? he he he.( We are members of laughing club on MS from now onwards).
