Recently I happen to go to a salem based transporters office situated in wilson garden to receive some parcels that was meant for me and was astonished to see one of the leading restaurant employee from chennai who have a outlet here was asking the staff of the transporter:"
Sir chennai le erundu iddiappam anupirukanga adhu enga sir varalleya . enneki weekend . iddiappamellana customer aapu vechuruvanga". So guess guys all these Chennai based restaurners are getting their raw materials in a transport.
Its really astonishing. And I have my own doubts about this guys operations inside as when iddiappams can come in transport what about adhirasams, suggiyams and other madras based dishes. I used to enjoy at these restaurants earlier. now after seeing the path of their operations have stopped going to these restaurants. Fellas next time when you go across ask the hotel staff about arrival and non arrival of iddiappams before ordering it.
