Hi, Please avoid dealing with Balaji associates, BTM, Bangalore. Mr. Mathew Sebastian, who is there to cheat people by selling apartments at little low price with false commitments.
These people are just money hungry real estate brokers and nothing more than that. He has provided advertisements in Sulekha classifieds, 99acres and few more real estate portals but please don't call if you see Mathew Sebastian name.
He has already cheated few people by taking cash mentioning its for house registration and would talk hopeless ly if you delay in registration process. He is not at all good marketing person.
