Refund policy should be implemented!!!!. Review on General Tips on Railways Transport

Time is money for all whether government or common people.we common people understand the value of time of government as we pay tax on time.but can we expect the same from the government as well? Perhaps NO. Railway is one of the best example for this.Last month I planned to travel Jaipur with my family.so according to our system I reserved three ac coach tickets one month ago so that it could be easily confirmed on date.????.I did what railway expect from the passenger.It was written on tickets that departure from old Delhi on 22/12/2016at 02:30PM and arrival on Jaipur station on 22/12/2016at 07:30pm .But when I checked out from. Hotel and riches station then I heard announcement that GAADI 12 HR LATE HAI, YATRIYO KI ASUVIDHA KE LIYE HUMEIN KHED HAI.??.I spent whole night on station coz I didn't have enough money to go to hotel again.also I lost my meeting in Jaipur.who gonna pay for this?. government? Such a bullshit! Boone cares for this.we common people pay tax on time.reserve tickets one month ago.but what we get? This careless attitude of Indian railways.and they have only one excuse.KOHARE KI WAJAH SE TRAIN LATE HAI. please, stop playing with common people's pocket.So RAILWAY MUST INFORM THE PASSENGER ABOUT TRAIN STATUS BEFORE WITHIN 24 HR THROUGH SMS AND RAILWAY SHOULD REFUND HALF OF OUR TARIFF WHEN TRAIN IS LATE FOR 12 HR OR ABOVE.then one can say this a DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY.Coz when you can't understand the value of time of citizen of your country then you can't imagine development of your country.
