The Public toilet facility in New Delhi is common everywhere but why is only for men? This is a very serious issue that govt of Delhi should think upon. I would like to share an experience.
One fine day we were in a busy market of New Delhi. One of a person approached me. He was a very fine gentleman. He had recently shifted his house to Delhi. As the medical facilities in Delhi were fantastic. His wife was 7 months pregnant. he came to me to ask where is LADIES TOILET and I was speechless as I am living in Delhi since last five years and there wasn't any ladies toilet for next 10km.
The lady desperately wanting to pass urine . she was in tears.Being a lady she cannot paint any dam wall in the city or find any corner to release herself.This was the cry of one lady. I too am a lady and face such a torcher many times. This time I request all the people to place forward this to any of the concern person that they know. as mere fighting for gender equality is not the concern.
Raise your voice for such matters. this is for all the Girls and Ladies who turn back like a wild wounded cat. on the topic of equality. this is for all the politicians who are women who just fight for their seats which when they get are in their AC cabins.that pls act on this issue with utmost urgency. PLEASE PROVIDE CLEAN LADIES TOILETS AT SHORT DISTANCES
