Hiya mates! I got some great tips on dressing up, from my friend who is a dress designer. Also, I have been doing research on personal grooming and health care, so I thought I'd post some info here as MOUTHSHUT has a LARGE family [with various interests] and it would also make an interesting read. I'll keep updating regularly, as soon as I get hold of some interesting stuff. I've read some of the articles you guys have written, I think they're great.

Here we go.

The sexiest dress for your sexy body.

# If you’ve got a big bust, look for something that’s sexy without letting it all hang out. To give you extra support look for styles that have a bandeau-type top, or a dress that has an built-in corset. Choose necklines with slightly more coverage.

# If you’re waistless, stay away from shapeless shift style dresses or you’ll look like you’re wearing a tent. Choose styles with a cinched waist and sexy straps to show of your shoulders.

# If you're petite, don’t go too overly sexy or you’ll end up looking like you’re playing dress-ups. Choose styles with gathered detailing around the middle to give you shape, and soft ruffles or layers to give your tiny frame a boost.

# If you’re curvy, don’t hide your curves away in a dowdy dress. Flaunt your sexy shape in a formfitting dress with flattering details. Try a shorter length and V-neck to balance your curves.

# If you’re short, mini and strapless dresses look great if you’re on the smaller side as they give the illusion of longer legs. Also choose empire-waist dresses that will shift the focus to a higher point of your body.

# If you’re tall, clingy fabrics, one-shoulder designs and asymmetrical hems all look great on you. A long and lean silhouette will enhance your frame.

Here’s a guide to buying the perfect swimsuit to suit your body shape

  • If you’ve got a long torso:

Don't wear tiny triangle tops – they make the expanse of your mid-section look even longer. Do balance your top and bottom halves with a longer-fit tube or tank top or a high-cut bottom.

  • If you’ve got a big bust:

Don't wear triangle bikinis – they skimp on support – and skinny straps can dig into your shoulders. Do wear cossies with hidden support – look for underwires, minimiser fabrics and wide-set straps.

  • If you’ve got a small bust:

A classic one-piece is great for swimming laps - but it will make you look flatter. Try a detailed halter or padded underwire top to create instant cleavage.

  • If you’ve got a thick middle:

Don't wear wide-set straps and low-cut legs as they will make you look boxy. Do Choose swimsuits with plunging necklines and high-cut legs that will make you look longer, and not so square.

  • If you’re pear-shaped:

Steer attention from your bottom with bright, eye-catching prints on top and dark or vertical shades below.

  • If you’re plus-sized:

Don't wear a flimsy string bikini – it offers no support. Try a two-piece with singlet-style top. A deep V-neck can look flattering.

  • If you’ve got broad shoulders:

Don't wear a low-fit bra top with wide-set straps – it will make your shoulders appear wider. Try a cossie with a halter or bandeau top to bring attention to your neck.

  • If you’ve got an athletic build:

Skip sporty one-piece cossies with wide-set straps and low-cut legs – they’ll make you look boxy. Try halter-style tops and low-rider pants to show off your toned shoulder and arms.

  • If you’re very tall:

Don't wear boy shorts with a tiny top – it shows off too much skin and will make you look even taller. Try a one-piece or horizontal stripes, which can help shorten your line, as can a squarish bandeau bikini.

  • If you’ve got a short waist:

Don't wear a cossie that covers up the skin between your breasts and belly. Wear a cossie with a super-low waistline to stretch your centre, or a bikini with vertical stripes.
