There is a website https://wish.com/, based on their advertisement I opted to order a pen drive and a gift item for my family, I waited for over 2 months now(after a month I had written to the site administrator/ customer care) and the response came that it takes from 7 days to 30 days for materiel ordered to reach customer.
Alas I waited now 60 days and when I complain they say " Do you want the item to be dispatched or proceed otherwise" what does it mean by proceed otherwise
I already have complained that due to delay in dispatch I feel frustrated they are yet to solve my problem
I advice all who go for online shopping to avoid this wish.com site for any online shopping in future as it seems to me like they conduct unethical business deals
this mail is in interest of customer who do online shopping.
