Hi there. These days technology is growing faster than our thinking. So, to match the level of technology we have to keep ourself updated wtih it. To do so we need some devices and Having a Laptop or Personal Computer is one of those devices.

But as per today's market competition there is wide range of Laptop is available. So to choose the right one becomes a mind mugging work. Therefore we need some guides, so, in this tips post, I am providing some points that will help you find a right one for you.

1) Pic the platform or OS : Mac, Windows or Chrome OS.

Most laptops come with one of three operating systems like Windows, Chrome Book and Macbook. Choosing a right one is a personal preference, but here is quick summary of what each offers.

1.1) Wondows: the most felxible Operaring System, Windows models are available in wide range rather than Chrome Book or Macbook. Windows notebook ranges in price from 12000 Rs to several Thousand or Lakh and offer a wide array of features from touch screen to fingerprint to dual graphics chips. Windows 10 is latest version of OS from Microsoft which provides a number of improvements over its earlier windows OS version including the ability to switch between tablet and desktop mode.

1.2) Apple Macbook: All macbooks come with Apple's latest desktop OS i.e. MacOS Sierra. Overall, the OS system offers similar functionality to Windows OS, but with the different take on the interface tjat substitutes an apps dock at the bottom of the screen for Microsoft's Start menu and taskbar.

1.3) Chrombook: It is a Google's OS which is simple and secure, but limited. The user interface looks a lot like Wondows OS with an application menu, A desktop and the ability to drag the windows tab around, but the main app you use is the Chrome browser

However, the operating if you need a device to surf the web and check the email, navigate thw social medias, Chromebooks are inexpensive and highly portable and the offer good battery life.

2) Decide whether 2-in-1 Laptop or Non detachable Laptop

Well its good to know that there are now available of laptop which serve as tablet as well. 2-in-1 laptop comes with the feature that the screen detached from the keyboard and can be used as tablet. While attached with keyboard ita does not even weigh heavy, so you can carry in bag very easy and yes more reliable for students and these laptop come in price between 10000rs to 15000rs and yes it has some limit functionality like it consist of only 1-2 GB o RAM and 32 GB storage and yet with least powerful proccessor. But, as regular laptop which come with non detachable screen with full featured functions and yet most powerfull but may vary from 19000rs to lakh but can be used in any specific ways. Idle for gamers, business man.

3) Screen Size: before you look at specs or pricing, you need to figure out just how portable yuu need your laptop to be. Laptops are usually categorised by their display sizes

# 10 to 12 inches: Laptop of 11 to 12 inches screen size are thinest and lightest systems amd typically weigh 1.2 to 1.8 Kg.

# 13 to 14 inches: these sizes laptopa provide the balance of portability and usability, particularly if you get the laptop that will weigh under 2.5 Kg

# 15 inches: the most popular size, 15 Inch laptops usually weigh arnound 2.5 to 3 kg. Consider this size if you want a larger screen but you are not planning to carry your notebook around often.

4) Check the Keyboard and touchpad.

If you plan to do a lot of work on your laptop, make sure the keyboard offers solid tactile feedback and should have enough space between the keys.

5) Choose right specification: Laptop components such as processor, Hard drive, RAM, and graphic card chip can confuse you. So here are the main components to keep an eye on: -

# CPU: the brain of laptip, the processor has a huge influence on performace but depending on what you want to do, even the least- expensive model may b good enough. Here is some @ Intel core i7 -High end profermance for gaming graphic. @ intel core i5 - best performance and and price combination for moderate gaming experience. @ intel core i3 - performace is just below the i5 and so is the price. @ intel Atom - Found on ver low cost laptop under 15000 Rs. It offers basic performance but more battery life. @ intel celeron/pentium - these chip is a little faster than Atom, but offer worse battery life. @ intel xenon- Extremely powerful and expensive processor for large mobile workstation. If you do professional grade engineering, 3D modeling or vudeo editing, you might want xenon but you wont get good battery life @ AMD processor - found on low cost laptop. Makers of AMD call them APU isntead of CPU. Provide decent performance for the money that is good enough for web surfing, media viewing and productivity.

# RAM: Some laptop come with only 2 GB of RAM but for smoother performace you will need at least 4 GB and for more grpahic work it may n extended upto 8 GB. Depends on your use type.

# Storage Drive: Even more important than the speed of ypur CPU is the performance of your storagw drive. If you can afford it and don not need a ton of internal storage, get a laptop with solid state drive ( SSD) rather than a hard drive because you will see at least three times the speed and a much fatser laptop overall.

# Display: More pixel you have, the more content you can fit o. screen and the sharper it will look. Most budget and mainstream laptops have 1326 x 768 displays, but if you can afford it I recommed for a panel that runs at 1920 x 1080 knows as full HD display.

# DVD drive: few laptops come with optical drives becuase all software amd movies are downloadable. However, if you really need to read or write discs and your laptop of choice does not come with a built-in DVD drive, you can always buy a external one that connects via USB.

# Graphic Card: if you are not playing Pc games, creating 3D modeling or doing high end vedio editing an integrated graphic card will be fine. If you have any of the above needs, though, a discrete graphic card processor AMD or Nvidia is essential as with CPUs.

6) If you are buying a laptop for home or work, you will want at least 6 hours of endurance, with 8+ hours being ideal. To determine the laptop's expected battery life, do not take the Manufacturer word. Instead read third party results from objective sources.

7) Do mind the Brand: your laptop is only as good as the company stands behind it. Accurate and timely technical support is paramout, which is why laptop Mag evaluates every major brand.

So overall your laptop is how you want it to be depends upon your kind of work and yes your budget. The brands I would like to suggest to buy are: -

1) HP

2) Samsung

3) Acer

4) Lenovo

5) Asus

Hope my tips will help you find the right laptop under your budget.
