Its really interesting to know how people change jobs. If you see in your own surrounding like your own office, friends, relatives etc. It has become like a fashion to hop from one job to another. Market has so many opportunities for all the experienced people. But if somebody is needy and looking for the job then that particular person will not get the job. People hardly stay in job for two years, stability of most of the employees is doubtful.
For employees to stay for 24 months has become matter of concern, after one year they start looking for a job and by end of the next year they get new job………..entry and exit has become an normal phenomenon. If an employee stays for more than five years with the company then its seen as if something wrong is there, he might not be getting a job , is not competent enough etc. Why can’t employee stay for a longer period of time…….why cant they be committed, well everybody needs to grow, but even if they stay with the same organization they will grow .But that’s the point that everybody may not understand. However market is full of new openings and developments. India is growing , it is having ample of openings for all.
