I availed of 2 paid for services with “ Monsterindia.com”
My experience with your organization has been so horrendous that I will never recommend your service to anyone.I availed of the Express Resume Service &Career Booster Service. Both were terrible.The first draft took 20 days to reach me after it was paid for.The second one where you have top consultants in the country working out options for you is something that does not exist according to me.When I called up your Toll Free Number 1800-419-6666 which I know is based in Hyderabad to understand the status of my paid for services I was appalled and shocked.
The lady who answered the phone was rude and abusive. The moment she heard that I wanted to complain and was asking for a refund she started saying she was unable to hear me, then she said speak up . I could hear her very clear and I could also hear her play with mute button this ordeal went on for 10 minutes. I was frustrated called her names and hung up.I called back moments later, got a guy on the phone, he then handed the phone to the same girl I spoke to earlier and she abused saying the words very clearly on the call.
I called back again spoke to the same guy. He was trying to cover up for her. When I asked for a supervisor he kept resisting. When he realized I would not give he put a colleague on the phone and she called herself a manager which I knew was a lie.
I had a fruitless 20 minute conversation with this woman too. As a manager she had the cheek to tell me I was lying because she spoke to that girl.
My complaint is: What is the quality of people you deploy to assist job seekers in getting a job. They have no morals, no ethics. People call this toll free number frustrated with the service Monster provides with promise of good job opportunities. You pay for services, but Monster takes your money, then you call the helpline they frustrate you first by hanging up on you, or hold the line and pretend they cant hear and later abuse and release a call. When you call to complain about it you are told you are lying.
We are paying for VALUE, QUALITY, DIGNIFIED HUMAN TREATMENT.
I do not have the faith nor the trust in placing my career opportunities with your organization. I have made my judgments about the reliability of your company by the quality of your people recruited to assist us. They seem to be lowly educated people with utter lack of human respect for others. It would be better if you hired some tribals from the jungles of Hyderabad to work on the CustomerCare Number they would do a better job.
I do not want any assistance in getting a good job from Monsterindia.com whatsoever.
You have legally extorted money from many people like me.
MonsterIndia is definitely a Rogue Company. I am going to put up detailed comments on mouthshut.com about my nightmarish experience with a sick, cheap company like yours.
