Due to my sustained campaign highlighting the poor service in violation of the agreement of providing Broadband Internet speed, BTL GM Prakash Chouker has agreed to refund full money inc Installation charges to all those subscribers who are not happy.(Read email below)

Dear Mr. Sanjay Sinvhal,
It was nice to have met you all the other day at Jal-Vayu-Vihar. We are thankful to you for the courtesy shown, and shall look forward to such feedback. As discussed then, we are conveying the following:
(1) If the powersurfer broadband user is not happy with the bandwidth and hence the
connectivity speed, we are ready to look into such cases for refund.
(2) If the user of our powersurfer broadband service couldn't use the Internet due to reasons of connectivity not available; being a deficiency, BSES TeleCom, upon verification, shall extend the subscription period, beyond its contracted period by an equivalent time.
(3) Any other issue, to be looked into, on a case by case basis: The idea being to meet reasonable requirements and expectations of the customer, leading to customer satisfaction / delight.
It is our endeavour to improve our service. Looking at every complaint as a gift to improve ourselves, let me thank you all once again.
