I took sleeper ticket from secunderabad to Tirupathi recently. Seating is do badly designed that you cant stretch your legs while you sleep.Toilets are so dirty with bad smell and no water coming in toilets. The food service is worst.
You may please try 3rd Ac travel, atleast you are away from lot of outside noise and beggars. This is the monopoly service from Government of India, we cant help.
I think railways should look at options on how they can improve their services otherwise people will switch over to other transport media.
