Pls make a complete makeover of Indian Railways management.
1.We need more Ac coaches especially in high seasons like To Goa, We are having less Rajdhani trains.
2.In shorter routes, more Shatabdi trains should be introduced.
3.Mcdonalds, Pizza huts and Haldiram like branded and hygienic restaurants should be opened in major stations.
4.ATMS and internet cafe should be opened in each and every station.For example, I misplaced my I card so TT told me that You are travelling without I card So I had to get down with my kids at next unknown stations.If station would have been internet cafe, I can show him the scan copy.I had limited cash with me If there is an ATM inside the station I could get the money fast.
5.Ticket Checkers should be well behaved and they should resolve and respect the pax.
6.The staff think they own the railways.
7.Good laundry system should be introduced.
8.IRCTC food is not up to standard.
9.horrible toilets.
Kindly introduce attractive rails for the people who are paying huge taxes to govt.
