Do we really need hands-free
Apr 02, 2007 05:59 PM 4099 Views

When thinking of using the Mobile without using the hands.... Yes headphone or hands-free are of real use. You can sit back relax and listen to what ever u want. If u want to drive it is the much easiest way. But has anyone thought what exactly are the drawbacks of using this. Ø First of all it is the sound waves in the form of digital signals which is been flowing from one mobile to another. This signal is not just a ray that falls from one handset to another.

It is a sort of spot light but with a bigger diameter. And these signals not only fall on the eardrum but also on the whole body of human. If noticed we can see that few birds have extinguished from earth after the evolution of mobiles. They reduce the sensitivity of the human sensing organs especially eardrums. Thus making a person hearing impaired. At least will reduce the decibel level of sound a human can hear. Ø Second, a human will lose concentration especially when driving.

He although try not to get engrossed in the talk, many times it happens that the person will be without his knowledge. And hence accidents occur. Ø Third, it also increases the tension a human can bear and hence leading to high BP. Ø Fourth, people are disturbed even during their sleep (forget about driving or meeting) which actually results in less sleep. Leading to bad routine, restlessness, increased irritation finally depression. Depression an main cause for suicide attempts. But what so ever all this will not occur at one shot. At the same time cannot be repaired once occurred.
