Today DAINK JAGRAN a local DAILY HINDI NEWS PAPER being published from PUNJAB. It has a good public circulation.
Today i.e. on July 27, 2009 the above daily has published a startling news.The news runs as under:
"ZABARIYA DOOSRON KA SPECTRUM PRAYOG KER RAHI VODAFONE V(AUR) AIRTEL.
New Delhi JANU:Spectrum ko lekar Telecom companiyo ke jhagde mein rajnitik dal bhi kood gayen hain.Zabran doosri companiyo ke spectrum mein ghuspenth kerr sevanye dene ke maamley merin Door Sanchar Mantralya ko mili vshikayat mein do badi companiyo ke naam samney aaye han.Arop hai ki yeh dono chhoti aur nai mobile companiyon ke spectrum ko zabran istaimaal ker rahi hain. .
Door Sanchar Mantralya ab iski jancg mein lag gaya hai. Maamla hai Swan Telecom aur Loop Telecom ke spectrum ka.Dono com[paniyon ko varsh 2007-08 mein Telecom Liscence diya tha. aur isi ke liye unhe spectrum bhi anvantit kiya gaya tha. RSP Sansad Avanti Rai ne aarop lagaya hai ki Bharti Airtel aur Vodafone in dono companiyo ka spectrum zabran istaimaal ker rahi hain.Rai ne Door Sanchar Mantri ko chithi likh ker is baare mein shikayatdarz karai hai.Kisi bhi Mobile companyu kom spectrum avantit honre aur telecom sewaiyen shuru kerner ke dairaan uske liye zaroori buniyadi dhabcha taiyyar kerna hota hai. Isliye spectrum avantic hone se lekar sdewaiyen shuru hone tak mein kafi samay lagta hai.Is maamley mein bhi yahi hua.Ab jab Swan aur Loop Telecom ciompanyapni sewaiyen shurukerna chahti hain to Telecom kshetra ki in do badi companiyon ki yah karguzari saamney aayi.Aarop hai ki ye zabardast upkarno ke zariye ibn companiyo ke spectrum mein ghuspainth ker rashi hain"
{The gist of the news- Swan and Loop Telecom company were allocatedtrum for therir mobile services after licence having been issued to them. After the issue of Licence and allocation of spectrum these companies started putting up necessaryinfrastructure to start their mobileservice. But when these were ready to launch their services they found that their spectrum was being forcibly used by BHARTI AIRTEL and VODAFONE Telecome Companies. Complaint in this regards have been filed with the Telecommunication Ministry by RSP Mp. Sh. Avanti Rai. The complaint is being looked into by ther ministry}
The above news shows that These mobile service providers-AIRTEL and VODAFONE do not cheeat their customers but cheat other companies as well.This way the new companies are made face tough competition and the ltimate effect is the consumers are heavily taxed.
The minisdtry musttake serious note of such tactics so that the consumer get services at competityive rates.
