A student can live without homework, a bf can live without gf message , a man can live without beer but no can live without food. Lol.


Food and that too healthy food is the must requirement for every homosapien. See you eat a lot randomly without knowing the consiquences of eating anything. See prefer food containing important nutrients.


A balance diet is the must requirement. In take as much as protien an vitamin you can. Take enough source of carbohydrates.


The best way to get all these suppliments is fruits. You get a lot of nutrients from them. Eat atleast 5 eggs a day if you are a non veg. And half a dozen banana every day. Eat dryfruits on daily basis. You know about beet. In india it is called chukkandar. It is a high suppliment for increasing blood and glucose in your body. Your hemoglobin is often increased.


Avoid junk food and street food and take care.
