Dude's philosophy in life - Have it. Flaunt it. Don't have it? Don't pretend. But whatever you do, please don't moralize. Sermons will make you a'Father' but without own children.

Don't let the title scare you off. If you are a guy, please spare yourself the morbid thoughts of a fellow Dude - of all things - walkin' stark naked. If you are a girl, honey, the times are not here yet.:-D

No, Fellow walkers. Topic's fashion here & nothing to do with nudity. And Dude's a stickler to the rules. He never breaks any although he bends them wherever possible.

Dude's Fashion Statements

Fashion is -

1: To be comfortable

You could be comfortable in a G-String or in the rusting relic of an armour. Watch out for your comfort levels. If you are not comfortable in something - don't wear it, don't do it. No matter what the Fashion gurus say; if you are uncomfortable, you can't carry it off. It will only make you nervous and self-conscious.

2: To gel with the crowd

Please do come out that Armour. You aren't a medieval knight. Thank You. Shorts may be cool at a beach. But don't wear them to a business dinner. Also they don't make suits that fit a dance floor. Dress up based on occassion & environment.

3: To be liked & recognized

4: To attain life's goals

First impression is the best impression. Don't spoil it. People judge you by what they see. Wear what people like to see.

Getting dressed smartly gets you a boy friend or a girl friend. Properly attired & smart-looking people move up in their careers faster. Still clinging on to your gaudy & garish regalia? Have you seen the movie'40 Year Old Virgin'? It could be you.

5: Is an attitude

In other words - You are what you wear. You like it, You Wear it. Even that tattering piece of Armour. Show some spunk & dollops of attitude.

Read my lips. Don't Smell my shoes.

Dude's thoughts on Fashion Ramp Nudity

Do you know who made the first clothes? If you believe in the scriptures, it was Adam & Eve. They made World?s first cloth using fig leaves. You know what god did to them? He threw them out of Eden Garden & cursed them to die. Clothing is a human invention. God didn?t like it at first. Then acceptance seems to have followed. If god wanted everyone to wear clothes, we would have been born with clothes attached/fixed to our skin. It seems He liked his creations walkin? around in their natural clothing.

God may have said cover yourself fully. But don?t people take their clothes off while bathing. Or do you advice me to take shower in full regalia? I can hide my body from the eyes of the people, but can you tell me how to hide it from the eyes of the omnipresent God?

People started covering themselves in clothes to safeguard their skins from dust, dirt, sun-burn, UV rays etc. And NOT because god commanded them. *Thou shalt be fully clothed *was never a part of Ten Commandments.

I am not saying that everyone should start walking naked on the streets. What I mean is anyone showing a part of his/her body is not a cheapo or a prstitute or a gigolo.

People have different reasons for exposing. For e.g. wearing only leaves is the primary clothing for primitive forest tribes. Walking topless is also acceptable as they don?t have spun clothes. Societal acceptance of nudity varies between cultures.

If it's freezing -20 Farenheit it?s okay to be covered fully. But if it?s burning Hot skinnydipping will not only relax the body, but also save it from problems like itching, allergy, rashes etc. which can occur due to sweating & excessive clothing(which absorbs the sweat to grow bacteria).

Nudity has always been an art. Have you seen Michelangelo?s Last Judgment which is a masterpiece? Can you call such a peerless piece of art sleaze, just because it shows nude people? Are those people who built such beautiful sculptures like Kajuraho, Ellora etc. were sex-maniacs?

Vulgarity is in the eyes of the beholder. What is vulgar to you could be sacred to me.
