I bought new Sun dth few months back...not for its cheap price but I belong to ap so thought their channel package will b gud..problem started from day 1 as soon as I made payment...installation took 5 days...call center no is always busy...problems nvr get resolved...i made calls for 2 weeks non stop then the technician visited my place...this happens all the time..
I strongly recommend not to fall for the cheap price of sun dth its the gimmick to lure customers....their service is pathetic..u can check by calling their customer care and placing order....in this respect tata dth is best....
