I had purchased dish tv on 28/09/12. Installation made on 1/10/12 after 72 hours but they make commitment to provide installation service within 24 hours. Wo bhi several times customer care ko call karne ke bad yadi nahi karta to pata nahi kab install hota.
They provide very very poor service and they not provide good set top box because after activation within one hours his set top box became dad. Plz request to all my Indian people never choose dish tv for dth because they will never provide to u better service. I am suffering because of these and I have 3 yrs exps.
