I don't know about how these companies will give quality of service.As I am bangalorean I choosen videocond2h after comparing all the packages.( I kept only money in my mind because I am living in Metro city).
One thing I need to mention is these companies will do golmaal if you don't have knowledge. so first my suggestion is read complete package / offer details thearolly then buy from any one if you are staying in metro city. in my case how these videocon people did is.
The Offer Was.
1) Rs 4770.
2) Free Setup Box with Antenna and etc hardware
2) Annual South Gold Maxi Pack.( Rs 305/Month if I go monthly)
3) 12 Months Premium HD Access free.
But I came to know that after enquiring.
1) They are not added 12 Months Premium HD Access for free.(They are Planned to take Rs.175/Month)
2) As per Monthly package it should add Rs 3660 in my Account But They added only Rs 3208
Then I given complaint with there own site offer link and I mentioned abut consumer court, after that they resolved it.
then also they eaten 2 days of count( got 358 days out of 360 days). from past 4 days I am using and no problem I am facing in network.
my suggestion is before taking read complete offer details.
