Wrong commitment, Pathetic after sales support by CompareDTH.Com
1.) Day-0: Package bought Airtel Magnum at 1630 hrs on Saturday(16th April) with 1 year+ installation to be done within 4 to 6 hours.
2.) Day-3:Installation done on Monday at 2000 hrs with Multiple follow up, however, no activation done due to non-activation from CompareDth.com
3.) Day-3: Paid additional 1, 700 Rupees to installation engineer for cabling(900 as labour+ 800 for wire).
4.) Day-4: As on 1430 hrs, no activation till now. No revert on emails in last 3 days. Rather got a call that instead of Magnum Pack I will be provided with Mega Pack as there was a mistake from Sales representative of CompareDth.com
Would have made more than 30 calls, spoke with almost 7 to 8 people in the chain but still no revert. It was a complete waste of two working days in follow-ups, no response at all from CompareDTH. Only helpful person in the chain was Mr Prakash(from Airtel) who at least took pain to update the exact situation and provided some contacts to reach out for help.
Overall a pretty bad experience till now, will update once things are sorted out with CompareDth.com
