Customer service is the key to success in any business. It interacts with customers issue directly. In my view I have 4 tips for giving better service to share with you. Lets start.
1) First is the well skilled & well managed customer executive who handles any issue with customers. they should have enough knowledge to solve problem.
2) Less holding time is another tips. If toll free number holds much time then customers hesitate to contact.
3) 24x7 customer service. If not possible, then service should be open for weekend. Some customers are always busy their business life, they did not get time to contact weekday(if 24x7 not possible), so they can contact weekend.
4) Backup Email of care. If any customer executive rudely behave or fail to satisfy the customer, then there should be a common Email to interact with company.
