When making a Roti or chapati Make a Dough soft.Apply oil in the small dough.And making chapati and preheat the tawa and fry chapati only 4 times not mare then that if you fry it maximum it will hard(Kadak).


When make pries add small tea spoon of sugar that absorb oil and your purees will be not so oily.


When you want to make Potatao bhavj.Boiled them and crush with your hands rather then cut to knife.Its giving teast to bhaji.
