I'm very sad to say but the CERTIFIED CNG EXPERIENCE WAS PATHETIC. Below is a snapshot of the fantastic experience that I went through in the last month:
Scenario 1: The first reason you guys gave for my car vibrating rigorously was that the throttle body was not cleaned hence the vibrating. I spent money on that & got it cleaned. – CAR dint work!
Scenario 2: Again I make a trip to you workshop where you guy said the car needs an advancer that will solve the problem however again after 2 days the car doesn’t work.
Scenario 3: Again I make a trip to your workshop where you folks do some tuning & then your guy says the Advancer fitted was faulty hence they will replace it; they apologized & assured me that the problem won’t occur. Merely 3 days the car stops functioning again.
Scenario 4: This time I leave the car with your workshop for more than 2 days where you head guy & the mechanic tells me that the 2 spark plug was gone, that’s the issue. I say fair I will change them… I put money & I change them.
Both the head service guy and the head mechanic promised me that the problem is resolved. Just that morning after changing the spark plugs the car doesn’t start again.
I was like that’s it – Can’t take it anymore. I speak to the head lady(Deepa) who tells me to give one last chance for her highest rank mechanic to look into after which we will pull the plug.
- Scenario 5: The highest rank mechanic comes, he checks the car & removed the Advancer & said the car will work just fine. We do a test drive the car works fine.
I’m all happy thinking the issue is resolved & guess what; my car bloody stops again - twice. Even then I feel it probably should be tuning issue as the advancer is removed & this morning the car doesn’t start again!
I no longer have the will & power to give my car for any kind of testing or observation. You folks have already damaged my car enough & I need a full refund on the CNG KIT & the parts which have got damaged.
