For those of you who had not heard about Castrol Bike Zones, Here comes an exclusive world class two wheeler service center.
How I found about these service centers?
Its sunday morning and as usual I was lazily reading news paper with FMRadio playing on my mobile, suddenly there is an ad about a bike service center named Castrol Bike Zone in your city. I immediately noted down the phone number. After searching the net for Castrol Bike Zones, I found out these are Franchises of Castrol lubricants.
Why I bothered to give it a try?
I love my bike. Each time I gave it to service my soul cries as I do not trust the mechanic. The reason is till now I have only two choices to service my bike.
1.Private mechanics in the neighbourhood whose expertise is questionable.
2.Company service centers, where the mechanics are good but not dedicated.
I just want to try this Castrol Bike Zones and immediately I called the number they mentioned in the ad. The response is good, they gave me the locations of five outlets in Hyderabad and I choose the one which is near to my office.
The experience at the service Center:
Immediately after reaching the service center the supervisor there test rided my bike and told me the problems he observed. I told him my problems.
They have three kinds of service Gold, Silver and Bronze. There devided the service into 15-18 items all of which will be inspected and rectified in Gold, 3 or 4 missing in Silver and another 3 or 4 missing in Bronze.
They have different variety of Engine oil, after going through castrol website I went for Power1 as it is recommended for High performance bikes like pulsar. For normal bikesActice 4t is there.
They took the bike at 9:30 AM and by 4 Pm my bike is ready. But if the crowd is more, they will deliver the next day. They have done an excellent job on my bike.
They have bike zones in most of the cities in india.

Thing to be noted
As these are the franchise models,
The postive side is that the mechanic has to be very careful, otherwise he will not get any bikes if he is not an expert.
The negative side is that some people go here just by seeing the castrol brand. If these are not supervised properly, these guys will kill the brand name itself.
