Many people want to put up his weight but he his using many mistakes he has using wrong supplement but I tell u how can u put up your weight in your natural way
DIET SCHEDULE
(BEFORE WORKOUT):- two bananas/two apple
WORKOUT AS PER YOUR SCHEDULE
one glass protein shake/ weight gainer
BREAKFAST:- Two Boil Eggs, 2-3 Chapattis
(Mix Floor), Two Bread Slice With Butter,
One Bowl Cornflake, 100gms Fruits, Dalia
With Milk, One Glass Fruit Juice.
SNACKS/REFRESSMENT:- one plate green salad, 100gm roasted
gram, 50gm paneer, 8-10biscuits
with milk, veg/Nonveg soup.fruits/Dry
fruits.
LUNCH:- 3-4chapaties(mix floor) with
seasonal vegetables. Mix Daal & nuts with
rice, Non veg(mutton/chicken)curd, salad
(home made sweet, jegry)

SNACKS/REFRESSMENT: one plate green salad,
100gmroastedgram, 50gm paneer, 8-10
biscuits with milk, two boil eggs/two
bread slice with butter, one bowl
cornflake, 100gms fruits/fruit juice,
two bread slice with cheese, veg/Non
veg soup, pop corn 100gms.Dry fruits
20gms.

DINNER:- 3-4chapaties with seasonal
vegetables. mix daal with rice, Non
veg(fish/chicken), three boil eggs. salad.
