In may 2014 we bought russel hobbs coolers from a nearby shop. let me start with my exp. the very next day motor failed to work. we contacted the shopkeeper and after full one day the mechanic came and changed the motor. just after 4 day of cooling the cooler started throwing water and there was water all around the room and additionally the water started leaking from the body. we again contacted shopkeeper and after whole lot struggle of 2 days he was ready to change the cooler. but as we got the new cooler its body started leaking that very time. now we hv no option but to just sit and forget our 10000 rs. shopkeeper is making fool of us and russel hobbs customer care is dead.
I would like to request that just don't buy it, our summers went without cooler. We just thought that looks of the cooler are good and shopkeeper assured of full service but this brand itself is a DABBA had to face lot of mental tension due to this cooler.
