General Tips on Air Coolers

I feel this review is:
I purchased symphony tower model i60 in April 2016 for Rs.16000/ plus. We all are aware that coolers are used approximately 3 to 4 months a year. This March I started using the cooler, water holes were chocked up and the cooler didn't work effectively. I asked the company because the holes cleaning process in this model is complicated. The company depute a technician who charged 400/ and cleaned the holes. Aft20 days the same trouble. Holes chocked up again and I am not able to clean the holes on my own as you have to dismantle the upper half body. Again the company asking 400/ for deputing the technical person. This model is not user friendly. I feel cheated for purchasing the cooler just trusting the brand and reputation.
