Which air conditioner to buy Voltas, Samsung ?. Review on General Tips on Air Conditioners

I live in Delhi and using 2 window air conditioners LG and Samsung. LG is 3 years old and recently had a gas leak and PCB failure, I got it fixed for Rs 3000.Samsung is 1 year old and till now running smooth. I believe LG ac is much cooler but I am not 100% sure as both ac are at different rooms and different conditions.

I would also like to add that I have in total 5 LG products: Refrigerator, AC, Cell Phone, Microwave, Washing Machine. Out of these all have one or the other problem except washing machine.Microwave got PCB fried, Phone got operating system crash, Refrigerator got ice box broken(strange), AC got gas and PCB problem.

So I have decided to go for some other brand now. I have following options which fit my pocket:

Voltas vertis plus 1.5T  Rs18500 (approx)Samsung  1.5T Rs16500 (approx)Videocon 1.5T Rs 16500 (approx)Onida 1.5T Rs 15500 (approx)

Videocon and Onida, after reading reviews I have decided not to go for them. So please help me choosing between Samsung and voltas vertis plus. Is voltas much cooler than Samsung? Is there any issue with the Samsung ? Would any of them give problem in long run?

Please also tell me if voltas vertis plus has a Dry mode and if it works good and do I need it in Delhi ?
