I bought Window AC 1.5 Ton Duracool. My AC is not working properly maybe there is a problem in the compressor. Your after sale services is very poor. My Customer id 91135731, If your engineer is not able to come, I request you please replace my AC as it is under the warranty period. I bought it in the 1st of week June 2013 and your product is very bad. Never Recommended your products. Poor Services.
