I purchased one split Air Conditioner of LG on 17-8-2010(1 ton, Model No. LSA3CG2 AFB).During 11/2013 it stopped functioning and the Service people replaced PCB and replenished gas and they realized the charges of Rs.851/- and Rs.1500/- respectively plus service tax@12% besides service charges.
Failure of electronic component may occur, but how the gas filling occur within 3 years? Should the Consumers make payment for replenishing the gas once in 3 years? The shop owner had promised trouble free service for a long period if I go for an LG product. Let the readers decide!
