Hi friends…This review is a quick fix.    The intention of this review is to bring attention to the topic and invite more reviews.   I know my views are just preliminary, so take it lightly.

1.

Select a jobthat suites you and you are confident to perform.   Don't shy away from taking a risk, but don't jump to the pool if you don't know swimming.

2. If you find the job as challenging, improve yourself.  You are selling your service and it is your bread and butter.  So improve yourself and secure your BB for today and tomorrow.  Study the subject you work on, improve your skill set. Collect the maximum experience.  Talk to people in the similar field.  Don't afraid to ask questions and find answers.

3. If you are a less experienced person, give some time for yourself to improve and don’t jump to the conclusion that we cannot do that.  Make it as a point, even if we have to quit a job we will gain maximum experience and prove a point to those who says we cannot do that.  Challenge them in mind and prove them in real and don't boast!!

4. If your house is near to the work place no much worry on accommodation.  If you have to work in a distant place, find an accommodation where you can relax after the work.  Make sure that you have a clean environment.   For those who stay with other working ladies select good people to share the room.  If you are not ok with your room mate, better one change the place.

5. Like any other employee you too have to report office on time.  To do this, plan your day well in advance.  You have to see the family schedule and the time you have to dedicate for them.  Give sufficient time to prepare for your travel.   Keep an extra 10 minutes with you.  Also keep some extra money unless you are one who shops every time you see a shop.  Don't be a late comer always and start your day like a feared rabbit.

6. If you have to travel select a convenient transportation mode.  Get monthly cards, discount cards etc. so that you don't have to worry about change every morning.   If you are going by bus try to go by one or two regular buses so that you can make regular friends and the travel will not be a burden.   If you are going on your own vehicle, get a safe parking place and don't forget the key.

7. If you enjoy music, carry music players.  If you enjoy reading, keep some books.  If you don't like others disturbing you, while traveling keep some cotton buds too.

8. Wear less ornament while you go to office because you are not going for a marriage function.  Also select dresses which keep your modesty while it is convenient for travel as well.

9. Purchase a good hand bag, which carry things you need at work time and at travel, but remember you yourself have to carry it to and fro.    There is no damage in selecting beautiful ones, but they have to fit the bill of carrying the necessary things like an umbrella or flask, food box (if you carry).  If you intend a break shopping you can opt out some and can use it too.  Better carry chocolates, chips etc.

10. Do your work efficiently.  Try to be accurate in work.  After continuing in a job for over 1 year or so, you will not find many excuses to escape, so better we pay the best to the company which feed our demands.

11. Give respect to your boss obey his orders, but judge yourself the orders are genuine. 

12.Be-friendly with co-workers.  There is no harm in being free and yourself with close friends at work place.   Don't give a sluggish smile to one who tries you even for the first time.  Let that be clear and gentle.  Have a retrospect as well.    If your actions have invited such invitations, prepare yourself for a self analysis and correction.

13.Enjoy the breaks…let it be a 10 minutes coffee break or lunch break.  Wash your face (of course unless you paid for facials in the morning)  set your hair take a walk for 2 or 3 minutes…take few breath…relax…  If you have to make calls during lunch time make sure that you don't phone half an hour in 1 hour lunch break.  Limit yourself to 10 minutes and use the saved 20 minutes for a small nap or some friendly chat with friends in person or to take a brief walk in good climate.

14. If you have to make a call in between everyday let your boss knows this and don't do this as if you are doing an illegal thing.  If it is really urgent and your company doesn't permit it, it is time for you to update your CV.

15. Keep your business secrets with business.  Be a trustable person at work.

16. Don't carry files and work load to your home.  Also don't carryyour house to office.  Both are good when we are there, not otherwise.

1. If you find it difficult to teach the children, cook the meals etc., appoint a tutor/servant etc. but don't forget that you are aware what is happening around.

18.Save a portion of money to yourself.  Whatever small it is…let it be 5%, 10%, 25%...have some saving in your name, with or without the knowledge of your family(depending on the acceptability of the idea and general spending nature).

19. Be a good team player.  Take part in the functions.  Participatory listening….learn it.  To win other's confidence, this will be helpful.

1. Be a career woman, not a job woman.  Don't forget to live while going for work.  Live your life completely, while do your work with maximum satisfaction.
